I like artmajeur because its user friendly, everything is well explained and customer care is very ok interns if prompt reply to enquires. It's fair to the Artist and a win win for both parties.

First time shopper at Artmajeur. Two offers on our first selection were ignored. Then, were advised that the painting was taken off the market and our payment refunded. Without making an offer on our alternative selection, the sale was consumated quickly and shipping confirmed. Shipper, DHL, emailed twice to change delivery instructions from "signature required at delivery, to "no signature required at delivery". which we accepted without understanding the ramifications of possibility of a damage claim. Fortunately, the painting arrived in good condition. Also, giving credit to DHL for arranging Custom's Duty and Provincial Sales Tax procedural requirements and payment collection, prior to delivery. The painting resembled the advertised pictures, albeit, the redness of the poppy flower, a significant feature of the artwork, was less bright on the painting. All in all, our first time shopping through Artmajeur was a worthwhile experience. And, we would highly recommend it to other customers.
